These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by HiroLearning. Please read carefully before enrolling.
Teaching takes place either at HiroLearning's approved venues or online. For online sessions, the tutor’s and student’s locations are considered respective premises. Main Office Address: Feltham, London, UK
Courses follow the National Curriculum or focus on key areas for entrance exams like the 11 Plus. Content is subject to change without prior notice.

Fees must be paid monthly in advance by the 1st via cash, card, or Direct Debit. A non-refundable £25 registration fee and a one-month deposit are required. Admission date determines the billing start.
30 days’ written notice is required for withdrawal. The deposit will be applied to the final month’s fees. Discounts are void if a student exits early. Childcare vouchers are non-refundable unless rolled over.
Consistent attendance is expected. Missed sessions are not repeated or refunded unless pre-agreed or due to long-term illness with proof.
Children with contagious illnesses must stay home. Misbehaviour towards tutors or peers may lead to dismissal without refund.
Students must: • Sit in front of a neutral background • Dress appropriately • Be the only visible person on camera • Report any concerns to our admin team
Homework is compulsory. Tutors review and give regular feedback to ensure student progress.
Parents must drop off and collect students on time. Late pickups may incur additional charges and affect enrolment.
Fire drills are held regularly. Students should not bring valuables; HiroLearning is not responsible for any loss.
Parents are responsible for school applications. We may provide general guidance but do not manage the application process.
We uphold high academic standards but do not guarantee specific results in exams or assessments.
We are not liable for service delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or emergencies.
All educational materials are owned by HiroLearning. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
Optional free workshops may be offered during school breaks. Participation is encouraged for skill reinforcement.
Please raise concerns with the admin team. Unresolved issues should be submitted in writing. We respond within 5 working days.
We follow the UK school term calendar. Half-term sessions may occur unless otherwise stated. Updates will be communicated during breaks.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved via mediation and, if needed, courts.
